AYGC, Inc. (American Yuncheng Gravure Cylinder, Inc.) is a subsidiary of Yuncheng Plate Making Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of gravure printing cylinders.
In 2007, AYGC, Inc. established an operation in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Our state-of-the-art facility manufactures regular and specialty engraved printing cylinders. These cylinders include: packaging, decorative finishes, textiles and embossing.
Our industry experience, and dedication to research, and development is demonstrated through 30 years of success throughout Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe, Brazil, Africa, Mexico and America. These operations utilize advanced pre-press techniques and engraving technology to produce a distinctive, high quality finished product. The advanced production and testing equipment; include Ohio Engraving machines, Daetwyler Polish Master, CNC Lathe, EPSON GT-2000 Scanner, Mac, PC, Eye-one, EPSON 7910 large format printer, hp photosmart 7960 color printer etc. Testing and inspecting machines include; hardness testing device for Chrome/Copper, thickness testing for Chrome/Copper, bar code scanner and roughness meter. All of the equipment and devices are complete and state-of-the-art.
